This fabulous four-bedroom bungalow, occupying only one level, has a warm and welcoming feel as you enter through the front vestibule into the expansive living/dining/kitchen area. With three wide couches positioned around the electric wood burner, this living space is enhanced with its vibrant décor, and offers all the room you’ll need to relax after a busy day out with your loved ones. The dining area, set just behind the living area, comes partially separated and offers plenty of room for the family to gather at mealtimes, or even do a spot of entertaining if and when the notion takes you. To the rear of the room, is the large kitchen area, offering plenty of storage space and worktop room to rustle up our favourite meals whilst enjoying the company of everyone else in the room. Furthermore, there is an additional fridge for storage and breakfast bar with comfortable seats overlooking the living/dining area. Adjoining the kitchen is the utility room which leads out to the secluded garden area to the rear of the property complete with decking and a lovely seated area, providing guests somewhere to soak up the fresh Highland air and enjoy the beautiful landscape that surrounds. The four bright and comfortable bedrooms comprise four kingsize doubles, two of which come with beautifully finished en-suite shower rooms. A further shared family bathroom is conveniently positioned next to the living area.
Spean Bridge is only a few minutes’ drive away and the closest village with access to bus and train links to Inverness and Glasgow. Fort William is only an 8-mile drive and offers all the amenities you’ll need for a comfortable stay, as well as a great selection of activities. Experience the Nevis Range Mountain with biking, winter sports and family activities, with plenty of walking, fishing, cycling and kayaking, also available on the doorstep. Whether you’re seeking adventure and adrenaline, peace and tranquillity or a place to gather with your loved ones, Cuiltean is the perfect base to enjoy everything this area has to offer, however you please. Fishing available nearby. Please note, this house has a strict no-partying rule, and under no circumstances shall this be tolerated by the owners.
