Briefly comprising a cosy living room with Sky TV, it also has a large open plan kitchen/dining room, the perfect place to plan your days’ activities or enjoy a local takeaway. One double bedroom can be found on the ground floor, and upstairs is a further double bedroom, a twin room and a family bathroom consisting of a walk-in shower. Outside, an enclosed outside space awaits summer activities and is a great place for the children and dogs. The owner also has a field within the grounds where you are more than welcome to book a timed slot to play and walk your dogs.
Oak Tree Cottage lies in a beautiful, rural location and is ideally situated to visit Manchester, Blackpool and the Yorkshire Dales, all of which area within an hour’s drive.
