The cottage, close to the church and water meadows, is situated on the owner's property and has good facilities and parking. It is on one level and suitable for people with walking difficulties. It has one bedroom, a shower room and an open plan living, kitchen and dining area, as well as a small private outdoor patio with table and chairs and a barbecue. Ufford has two very good pubs in the village, The Ufford White Lion and The Ufford Crown, both only a few minutes' walk away from the cottage. There are also some lovely countryside walks to be found on the doorstep. Only 3 miles from the market town of Woodbridge which has a large choice of pubs, restaurants and coffee shops, as well as riverside walks.The archaeological site of Sutton Hoo is also on the doorstep. About 30 minutes' drive to the beaches, shops and restaurants in Southwold and Aldeburgh. Close to golf courses, fishing lakes and popular bird watching spots, Ufford is perfectly situated to be able to explore Suffolk.
