The Bull Pen is a detached property resting on the outskirts of Eye. This all ground-floor accommodation comes with one double bedroom with an en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is an amply equipped kitchen and a sitting/dining room. To the outside, you will find a patio with furniture and off road parking. The Bull Pen is a charming base for a romantic getaway to this part of East Anglia.

There is a market every Friday and coincides with a local antiques and collectables auction.

Located in Eye, this cottage is in a rural area. Helmingham Hall and Framlingham Castle are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Chantry Park and Heveningham Hall.
