A rural hideaway to re-charge and re-fresh, to embrace the outdoors and explore the local attractions and just to spend time with people you value. With Sedbergh Golf Club just meters away, and the exclusive use of a ¾ mile stretch of fishing in the Cambrian Dee plus 12 acres of lush pasture land to enjoy, you don't have to go far to be where you want to be.

The beautiful farmhouse sleeps 8 with 3 double bedrooms (2 of which are en-suite) and 1 twin room. The peaceful bedrooms overlook the vibrant river and gaze upwards to the stunning Yorkshire/Cumbrian Fells. Downstairs you'll find a fantastic space to entertain with a large wood-beamed dining/living area and log stove. Enjoy a gripping book or film by the fire in the cosy snug, and catch up on some relaxed cooking time in the bright and well-equipped kitchen.

Kick off your boots in the utility room and you'll step out on to a beautifully heated stone floor, featured throughout the whole bottom floor to keep you warm. Add to that a luxurious bath and reposeful window seats and chances are you'll find it hard rather to leave.

To make sure you feel completely at ease, we have wi-fi to keep you nicely connected during your stay. Dogs are more than welcome at East Catholes too!
