Broughton offers a local and quaint feel with a few pubs to choose from along with eateries, cafes and more. For those who want to explore the great outdoors, the Duddon Valley is right there, with an abundance of walks and trails to enjoy. Travelling a little way inland, you can visit the lakes of Coniston Water (9.5 miles) and Windermere (14 miles), with opportunities for canoeing, paddleboarding and kayaking. Entering the property and find the lounge, the hub of the house where you can cosy up around the open fire which is surrounded by two sofas, two armchairs and a Smart TV. Along the hall is the dining room with oak dining table, perfect for any meal of the day. Head into the compact kitchen which has all the mod cons you need and direct access out to the back of the property. Stairs lead up to the first floor where you will find the master bedroom with a double bed, then the main bathroom with a shower over the bath, and a WC. Next is the second double bedroom. On the second floor are the two remaining bedrooms another double and a twin room with en suite shower room and WC. The front garden offers views over towards the sea and is great for your four legged friends to enjoy. Out the back is a yard with seating and bike storage.
