This 4 bedroom flat is bright and sunny with plenty of space for groups or families.

It has an open plan living, kitchen and dining area with all the modern conveniences you could want. TV, DVD, wireless internet, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

The bedrooms are most attractive and comfortable. There are four bedrooms: The master bedroom has a king-size bed with ensuite bathroom, and 3 twin bedded rooms. One of the bedrooms can be zip linked to form a king size bed. Sofa bed in the sitting room for 9th and 10th person. All linen, towels and bedding are included. Please note that the 4th bedroom does not have a window.

The apartment is conveniently located for access to the vibrant city centre with it's unique New Town and charming Old Town. It is also served by the Airlink bus and only a few minutes walk from Haymarket Railway Station. There is one parking space provided free of charge. Additional cars can be parked on the street (metered), or in local NCP car parks.

Nearby amenities include supermarkets and restaurants and the apartment also benefits from private parking and use of a roof terrace with views of the castle and a swimming pool and sauna.

Dogs are welcome by prior agreement. There is a charge of £10/night per dog, payable on arrival.

This apartment is located in Haymarket, a neighborhood in Edinburgh. Edinburgh Castle and Royal Mile are notable landmarks and Edinburgh Zoo is a popular area attraction. Traveling with kids?
