The flexible accommodation arrangement offers modern open plan living in both properties with luxurious living areas boasting comfortable seating perfectly positioned to appreciate the natural setting whilst enjoying the internal modern luxuries.
The contemporary detailed kitchen areas both host a range of modern appliances to include on both levels; double ovens, hob, extractor, fridge, freezer, washer/ dryer, dishwasher, and coffee machine.
At the centre of both kitchen areas the feature dining areas are thoughtfully arranged.

The ground floor benefits from a colourful garden with patio furniture. The modern generous balcony with glass frame and coastal views is accessed via the bedroom and open plan living area on the first floor.

Bookings Friday to Friday, short breaks welcome Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday, flexible durations available during low season periods.

One dog welcome by arrangement to stay in the ground floor of the property.

Leave Barnstaple on the A361 towards Braunton/Ilfracombe.  Pass through Braunton approx. (5 miles) and continue towards Ilfracombe until you reach Mullacott Cross roundabout (Approx. 7 miles from Braunton).  Turn left to Woolacombe.Approx. one half miles on a left hand bend- turn right - signposted Morthoe (just before Fortescue pub) Follow road to village - Take the turning on your right next to the post office onto North Morte Road and follow the road down, the road will narrow continue along road. You will pass a car park on your left for Bluestone point apartments which are on your right. Just after the Blue Stoen Point apartments you will see a turning on your right with signs for The Grange, Rockham lodge etc, take this right hand turn and continue up the road towards the top, you will then see High Tide on your left, pull into the parking area at the front. The keys will be in the key safe, the code for the ground floor is 3167, the key safe code for the 1st floor is 6528

This vacation home is located in Woolacombe. The area's natural beauty can be seen at North Devon Coast and Exmoor National Park, while Arlington Court and Arlington Court are cultural highlights. Marwood Hill Gardens and Watermouth Castle are also worth visiting.
