The property has been finished to a very high standard, with new carpets and flooring throughout, Egyptian cotton bed linen and luxurious towels included. The Kitchen comprises Cooker, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher and Washing machine/dryer. Warmth is provided by gas central heating, and solar power which assists this property in in meeting high standards of environmental performance. The fully enclosed private garden accessed from the gated drive provides secure car parking, and an elevated dining patio with views to the Touch Hills and beyond. There will be a charge of £10 per night for Electric vehicles, payable in cash on arrival. A travel cot or highchair can be provided on request. Wallace's Rest is suitable for couples or families with no more than 2 unrelated adults.
