The flat is on the lower ground floor of a 17th Century Georgian townhouse situated in a small cul-de-sac leading to the church. It is a semi –basement, with its own entrance and is fully self-contained (approx 850 sq ft).
Access is through the main gate into the courtyard. There is a lockbox located next to the front door down a small set of steps. As you enter you are greeted by the hall which leads into the sitting room, which is comfortably furnished with two sofa's (one being a sofa bed) wood floor, TV with SKY and WiFi throughout.
The Kitchen is large and airy, with a table for 6, granite worktops, slate floor with underfloor heating and stable door access to a small patio, with a small table and 2 chairs outside the door for our guests to use. We stock our cupboards with cereals, jams, tea, and coffee, alongside a Welcome Breakfast Pack.
Modern fully tiled bathroom with overhead shower and bath with glass screen. There is a separate WC with hand basin. The bedroom has a double bedroom (5ft bed) with ample hanging and storage space, fitted with good quality bed linen and towels.
We are no more than a 5 minute walk from Putney Bridge Station and only a few minutes from two lovely parks and the Thames. Fulham and Putney are great areas full of local events, great food and drink locations and much more! A perfect location for Wimbledon Tennis, The Hurlingham Club, Chelsea flower show and Aegon Tennis.
