In addition to be made with high-standard material, this studio benefits from the best equipment: 4 cooking induction hobs, washing machine and integrated dryer, flat screen TV and DVD player, Neff microwave-oven, full size fridge with ice-box, LED lighting throughout.
To start with comfort, the main bed is 160cm large with the most comfortable memory foam Italian mattress. There is a separate washbasin and a large shower with rain shower head.
There is a bed in mezzanine for tandem unwilling to share a bed.
Mezzanine bed size: 200cm long, 77cm large with 52cm headroom.
There are also countless pull-out shelves, plugs at dedicated places (even a European wall plug and USB ports), reading lamps next to both beds and sofa.
For a cosy feeling, the walls, floor and ceiling have been insulated. Under the floor made of natural Belgian blue stone, there is an underfloor heating system throughout the studio.
In terms of noise, the front door and the walls are sound-proof and thanks to the floating concrete floor, no noise can come from downstairs. There is a terrace on the top that cannot be used after 10pm. The studio is located at the back of the house and there are no buildings on the sides!

In terms of location, it would be hard to find better place at your arrival from any airport or train station thanks to Victoria station being at a short walk.
Centrally located, it is the best starting point to discover all London!
