This delightful three-storey, semi-detached house of 3 St. Davids Place enjoys the coast in Llandudno, North Wales. The perfect setting for a family of seven's holiday in this stunning part of the region, 3 St. Davids Place not only rests close to a range of attractions, but offers both off-road and on-street parking, so you can easily explore these. After parking in one of the two spaces, venture inside to be greeted by a sitting room, where cushioned seating allows you to unwind in front of the TV. Continue to the open-plan living space, a well-decorated area which also offers a sitting area with a large sofa and an additional TV. Move through the space to find an amply equipped kitchen, which offers wooden units with granite worktops and many appliances for you to make the most of, including a handy washing machine and dishwasher. When the chef of the group has fixed up a mouthwatering meal here, bring it over to the large dining table, where the whole family can gather around and catch up on the day's adventures. As the day winds to an end, head upstairs to the first floor, where three of the four lovely bedrooms await, with two of these being king-sizes, with one being spacious with a handy basin; the floor is also home to a tastefully furnished double. Behind the property rests an enclosed patio, where you can enjoy alfresco dining during the warmer months. Embark on a short walk into Llandudno, a town with so much to offer, from welcoming eateries and shops to a range of amazing sights, including the Great Orme Country Park with its ski centre, and an extensive promenade with access to a beach and pier. For a day packed with history, venture to Conwy, a town boasting access to the famed Conwy Castle and its walls, as well as the heritage building of Plas Mawr. For more fun at the seaside, head to Colwyn Bay, where a sandy beach, the Welsh Mountain Zoo and the Queens Gardens are a must-see! Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park, with its outdoor havens and exhilarating adventure activities is within reach and is perfect for those adventure-seekers of the group.
