Burwood is a detached house sitting on a residential road in the bustling seaside resort of Rhos-On-Sea, perfect for a family escape to the North Wales coast. Venture into the property and kick off your sandy shoes on the porch before settling in for a fun-filled evening in the open-plan kitchen/diner, a contemporary space with fantastic amenities to keep you well fed, as well as a sociable dining table for family dinners and board games. Step through into a homely sitting room where guests can snuggle up with your loved ones in front of the TV, enjoying a family film night accompanied by a refreshing beverage. Also on the ground floor is a handy utility room and a cloakroom, housing a basin and WC. Make use of the rear enclosed garden, featuring wild lawn areas, as well as outdoor seating for alfresco dining looking out to distant sea views. As the evening grows darker, withdraw to the first floor where you'll find four bedrooms, comprising a double bedroom with an en-suite shower, a further two double rooms, and a single, offering a flexible sleeping arrangement.
