Cross Fell, in Berrier, is perfectly situated just an 11-minute drive from the M6, a 16-minutes drive away from Keswick, and a 16-minutes drive from Pooley Bridge. The idyllic location benefits from stunning views over the farm, onto the Pennines in the distance.

This Keswick self-catering static caravan has been permanently placed and it is connected to mains services, double glazed windows and insulation make for a warm space, even in the colder months. The newly built wooden decking provides a wonderful outdoor space where you can relax with friends or family and have a BBQ or why not jump into the freestanding bathtub with a G&T!

With two bedrooms, Cross Fell is ideal for families or friends. The open-plan living and dining area is spacious and bright and the kitchen is well equipped to cater for your cooking needs.

Cross Fell is situated on a working dairy farm. Therefore there is the potential for some noise from the cows and agricultural machinery at times.
Access to the farm and dairy is restricted; however, chat with the owners, and they would be happy to show you around and even have a go at milking the cows!
Parking space for one car and secure storage for bicycles can be arranged.
A travel cot and a high chair are available on request.
