Victoria House is a spacious four-bedroom Victorian house offering breathtaking views across Porthmeor Beach, with the added benefit of two parking spaces and a large courtyard with an outdoor wetsuit wash area. Ideally located within a short walk from St Ives’ blue flag beaches, wonderful shops, galleries, and restaurants This beautiful holiday home is the perfect getaway for families or friends alike.

The lounge area is spacious with a large three-seater and two-seater sofa, Smart TV, decorative fireplace, and stunning sea views. There are also two comfy chairs and a large selection of books, games, and table football, perfect for family nights in. The lounge is tastefully decorated in crisp white, blues and greys which lends itself to a relaxing and calming environment.

The contemporary, stylish open plan kitchen and dining room is well equipped with an American fridge freezer, microwave, electric double oven and gas hob, coffee machine and dishwasher. The large wooden dining table comfortably seats up to eight guests and is perfect for large family dinners or for that special celebration There is also a utility room off the kitchen where you will find the washer/dryer.

Two of the bedrooms at Victoria House benefit from wonderful sea views across Porthmeor and Godrevy lighthouse.

The large master bedroom is located on the second floor, offering a king-sized bed, dual aspect sea views, with a large comfy chair and an ingenious addition of a pair of binoculars to watch the world go by and relax. There is also an ensuite shower room, wash-hand basin, and WC.

The second bedroom is located on the first floor with a double-sized bed, ample storage, and stunning views across Porthmeor and Godrevy Lighthouse. There is also an ensuite shower room, wash-hand basin, and WC.

The third bedroom, also on the first floor, is delightfully decorated in white, grey, and blue tones and offers two single beds with ample storage.

The fourth bedroom is situated on the first floor with bunk beds, storage, and a selection of children’s books to entertain the family at bedtime.

Alongside the ensuite bathrooms, there is a large family bathroom situated on the first floor and offers a charming roll top bath and separate large shower, WC, and wash hand basin.
There is a further shower, WC with wash hand basin on the ground floor off the Kitchen.

There is a delightful private courtyard with a picnic table at the back of the holiday home fashioning a peaceful haven where you can enjoy a glass of wine, dine al fresco, and enjoy the Cornish sunshine. This area doubles up for parking a second car.
