This beautifully refurbished four-bedroom property with its bespoke art and well thought out furnishings also boasts stunning sea views. Pets are also welcome at St Hilary which makes this holiday home the ideal escape for friends and families alike.

The ground floor of St Hilary has a spacious and inviting lounge/dining area. The lounge has relaxed seating with a Smart TV and a traditional log burner while the dining area features an elegant table and chairs for up to eight guests perfect for large family dinners or for that special celebration.

At the end of the Hallway on the first floor there is a Study for those who need to stay abreast of work while they are away. It has a desk, office chair and plenty of storage space.

The contemporary, stylish kitchen is well equipped with a fridge and freezer, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, electric double oven and gas hob and a dishwasher. There is also a utility room off the kitchen where you will find the microwave, washing machine and an extra fridge

The large master bedroom is located on the top floor and has a Super king-sized bed, ample storage, a wall mounted TV and unique, striking pieces of artwork. This room has doors that open onto a balcony with relaxed chairs overlooking the small courtyard and has delightful sea views. There are also wonderful views of St Ives Town, the sea and Gwithian Beach from the front window with a comfy signature chair where you can watch the world go by. With the calming blue and serene white palette this room is reminiscent of the beautiful waters that surround St Ives

The second bedroom is located on the first floor and has a king-sized bed and is decorated with an elegant yet contemporary charm. A beautiful signature chair is arranged by the window which adds to the decadence of this room with its soft furnishings from Cream Cornwall depicting Shipwrecks, reminiscent of Cornish maritime heritage, whilst also giving it a light and airy feel. This room overlooks Bedford Road with views towards the centre of St Ives and the sea. There is also an ensuite wash-hand basin, and WC.

The third bedroom, also on the first floor, is delightfully decorated and offers a day bed which can be pulled out to create a double bed.  There is ample storage including hanging space and a chest of drawers.

The fourth bedroom is situated on the first floor with bunk beds, storage, and is decorated with a vibrant, colourful theme.

There is a large family bathroom situated on the first floor with a large shower, bath, WC, and wash hand basin.
There is a further shower, WC with wash hand basin on the ground floor off the utility room. Ideal for rinsing off the sand after a busy beach day.

There is a delightful private small courtyard with a bistro table fashioning a peaceful haven where you can enjoy a glass of wine and enjoy the glorious Cornish sunshine. There is also an outside hanging space for your wetsuits.
