Penthouse is a large, comfortable apartment located above the Cove Bar and Restaurant, with commanding views over Maenporth Beach from the full-length terrace. 4 bedrooms mean plenty of sleeping space for 8 people, and the three bathrooms help avoid a queue in the mornings.

Once up the internal staircase, accessed via the foyer shared with Cove 1, the apartment is all on one level. Inside you’ll find a large living/dining area with plenty of space for 8 to dine in style. There are four bedrooms, two with the luxury of en-suite bathrooms, and an additional family bathroom. The large terrace overlooking the beach is a perfect place for meals, or simply watching the activity on the beach with the first coffee of the day. The Penthouse has partial air-conditioning for cooling the hottest summer days.

Maenporth is an exclusive, secluded resort overlooking a beautiful sheltered cove, but close to the bustling port town of Falmouth, with its historical associations. The countryside around here is glorious: perfect for those who enjoy peace and quiet, the coast, and the great outdoors. The houses that comprise the resort are sheltered by established trees, and there’s a good restaurant and bar overlooking the family friendly beach where guests can unwind, enjoy some good food and watch the world go by. The resort has a large indoor heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna, 2 tennis courts, pool and table tennis tables, and a children’s play area. There are plenty of scenic walks along the South West Coastal Path for those who want the exercise, and the sandy beach will keep adults and children endlessly entertained. It’s a great destination for families or couples all year round.
