Set the dining table with crockery and cutlery while the chef of the group gets to work in the kitchen, offering plenty of amenities to encourage home-cooking. Climb the stairs to reach the upstairs, offering a double and a bunk bedroom, presented in light tones with ample storage. Completing the interior of Castaways is the refreshing shower room where you can wake yourself up with a brisk rinse. If you fancy a night away from the kitchen, there are plenty of fabulous places to eat and drink in Flamborough, ranging from quirky cafés, tasty takeaways, cosy pubs and excellent restaurants, you are sure to find something for all tastes and wallets! Be sure to visit the beautiful Flamborough Head and discover the iconic white cliffs that tower over Flamborough’s beaches – home to over 200,000 seabirds, including gannets, kittiwakes, guillemots and puffins, making it a real haven for any keen birdwatchers. Pop on your walking boots and enjoy a pleasant woodland walk to the beach at Danes Dyke and admire the wild deer, owls and kestrels often seen on the way. When the weathers in your favour, pack up a seaside bag and head to either the beaches of either North or South Landing, uncovering caves and rock pools and if you are lucky, catch a glimpse of seal or a peregrine falcon! With all this, plus the coastal town of Bridlington within your vicinity, there’s plenty to look forward to while staying at Castaways.
