Be sure to spend an afternoon on Bridlington South Beach, or set about on an afternoon stroll along Bridlington Sea Front. There’s plenty of attractions in the local area, including the Bayle Museum, Bridlington Priory, and Sewerby Hall and Gardens, along with the idyllic harbour, which separates the two award-winning beaches. Get to know your surroundings better by strolling along the Flamborough Headland Heritage Coast, taking in the imposing Flamborough Lighthouse and RSPB Bempton Cliffs, or take a detour towards dreamy golden sands at The Bay Beach. Alternatively, head north and visit the seaside town of Filey, and enjoy attractions such as Filey Bird Garden, Animal Park and the fascinating Filey Museum, providing an excellent day out.
