This delightful property is the wing of a detached property and is attractively situated in a tranquil close which is just a short walk from the lovely quiet beach of Gurnard, where you can enjoy swimming, paddling and boating, as well as relaxing in the local pub and pleasant cafe. An easy stroll beside the sea will take you into the heart of the vibrant and popular sailing town of Cowes with its small shops and range of good restaurants. The sea at Egypt Point is just a stroll away, and Osborne House, the former island home of Queen Victoria is also nearby. Other delightful towns include Yarmouth and Ryde, or you could explore the estuary at Wootton, an important area for bird and wildlife. On entering this lovely single level cottage you will find yourself in the spacious and welcoming open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Tastefully furnished, with comfy seating, 32 inch smart TV and radio/CD/iPod dock, the attractive lounge is an ideal space to relax in. Patio doors lead out onto the terrace. A copy of the movements of cruise liners is usually left in the cottage as the ships can offer an added interest as they travel across the Solent after leaving Southampton.
