This luxury holiday cottage has been beautifully renovated and is perfectly situated for a holiday in the county. Guests can use the cottage as a base to see the attractions of North Devon or simply relax and enjoy rural life. Several local beaches are within a short driving distance and are ideal for either sunbathing or surfing. Take a cliff top walk and enjoy the beauty of the North Devon coast, or visit the nearby village of Hartland where you can find shops, traditional family pubs and a takeaway. Also in the local area, RHS Rosemoor, The Big Sheep and Hartland Abbey can be reached by car. Retaining its original charm, this former barn features stonework and exposed beams throughout. The lounge has ample seating, a TV, DVD, and stereo, with heating provided by a wood burner (logs 5 a basket). The kitchen/diner is equipped with a stunning range oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is a utility room on the ground floor with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and WC. Also on the ground floor you will find one of the bedrooms: a spacious double. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms, both with king size beds and en suite shower rooms with WC, plus two twin bedrooms. There is also a family sized bathroom with a WC. Please note that because of the rural location, the Wi Fi signal in the property may be weak. Outside the cottage, there is an enclosed garden with garden furniture and a BBQ. There is a shared lawn area with football goal posts. Ample parking is available for guest s cars.
