This lovely property is ideally situated for exploring the small but vibrant seaside resort of Shanklin. The glorious sandy beach is just a short walk away and offers a lovely bay with sand gently sloping into the water and is a great place to enjoy swimming, paddling and boating. The property is also within easy reach of the resort s small shops, restaurants, pubs, with popular pastimes including crazy golf, or you could head to the pretty Old Village of Shanklin with its thatched cottages, theatre, tea shops and beautiful chine. Cycle routes lead to Ryde and Sandown or you could visit Borthwood Copse, the Alverstone Mead Nature Reserve or the excellent beaches at Seaview, St Helens and Bembridge. This delightful cottage is three storeys high, with the main living accommodation to be found on the top two floors. Stairs ascend from the ground floor hallway to a landing with large double doors which lead you into the spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. With plenty of comfortable seating and TV/DVD, the lounge is a lovely space to relax in. French doors open out onto a small balcony with a table and chairs for two, with fantastic views across the town towards the downs and also sea views across to Culver Cliffs. You will also find an attractive dining area beside a large window with a Juliet balcony and wonderful views. Heading over to the stylishly designed kitchen, you will find it fully equipped with an integrated oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washing machine. This floor also features a separate WC. A further flight of stairs leads up to the second floor where you will find three beautiful bedrooms. There s a delightful master bedroom with a double bed and large windows with a Juliet balcony. This room also has an en suite shower room with a built in shower and WC. You will also find a charming twin bedroom with a balcony and beautiful sea views, and there s also a spacious and attractive bunk bedroom. You will also find a bathroom complete with a shower over the bath and a WC. Stepping outside you can relax on the attractive terrace at the rear of the property which has garden furniture allowing you to dine in the sunshine. The terrace can be accessed via the kitchen and extends to the side of the house. There is a garage where a car can be parked or bicycles/small boats stored. A further parking space is in front of this garage. Please note, the second garage beneath the property is not available for visitors use and access to this has to be kept open.
