An absolutely delightful, end-terraced cottage built circa 1700 and situated right in the heart of this award winning village.
Book a break in this beautiful cottage and enjoy a stay at Lancaster Canal Waterside Accommodation, located on the canal close to Lancashire's border with Cumbria. It's a perfect home base for exploring the nearby national parks of the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales, as well as the local town of Carnforth.
The property sleeps up to four guests in its two double bedrooms. One bedroom is situated on the ground floor and has its own en-suite bathroom, with the other being upstairs alongside a separate bathroom.
The upper floor has a mezzanine layout which overlooks the property's spacious open-plan living space, which has a double-height ceiling and features a lounge area with flatscreen TV and DVD player, a dining table with chairs, and a kitchen with all the cooking appliances you need for self catering, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine for easy cleanup.
For sunny days and warm evenings you can also make use of a spacious shared garden to the rear of the cottage, complete with outdoor seating area.
