The ground floor of the property contains a convenient garage, accessible through a gated driveway, with room for up to 2 cars. The garage also has a utility area with washing machine, tumble dryer, and storage space for beach gear, as well as a handy cloakroom with WC.

Up on the first floor is the spectacular open-plan living, kitchen and dining room, which has a large balcony with outside furniture and views of the beach and sea. Make use of the comfortable furniture and Smart TV in the sitting area, or whip up something delicious in the superbly equipped kitchen, with its oven, hob, American-style fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher, then sit down to enjoy it together at the dining table which has seating for 8 guests. There's also a stylish modern wood-burning stove to keep you cosy.

On the second floor you'll find two of the bedrooms, both with Smart TVs. One has a king-size bed with an en-suite shower room and a balcony with furniture, while the other contains twin beds. There's also a family bathroom.

Head up to the third floor and there are two additional bedrooms, also both with smart TVs as well as en-suite shower rooms. One has a king-size bed, stunning cathedral-style ceiling, and balcony with outside furniture, with the other having twin single beds.

There's additional outdoor space beyond the balconies, too, with the property having a private paved area featuring a heated outside shower, perfect for washing off the sand after a day at the beach!
