Pull on your walking boots and prepare for adventure along the famous Offa's Dyke Path, with this 8th century route carved out by King Offa, now offering 177 miles of walking trail to enjoy which loosely follows the Welsh/England border; hop on in Montgomery and head north to Welshpool or go south into the stunning Shropshire Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Spend an afternoon visiting the amazing National Trust Powis Castle where ornate interiors and a wide Indian collection are sure to impress, along with the beautiful castle architecture and grounds.
