Enjoying views of the sea from the large front bay windows, Grand View is just a short walk from all the amenities of Tynemouth and the all important beach. Step through the communal hallway and in through Grand View's front door to be welcomed into the open-plan living space with lofty, high ceilings featuring beautiful period features and detailing from when the property was originally built. Grand View has a front patio area overlooking the street with some outdoor furniture, so you can relax with an evening drink and watch the world go by before heading out to find a fabulous restaurant to dine in.
