Inside, the owners have created a smart and warming retreat for couples, with bright and airy rooms, making this a homely base. Look forward to relaxing and unwinding in the open-plan living space, where you can take in lovely long views to Gulls Rock and the sea beyond or curl up with a good book. Dine at the table and chairs with a delicious home-cooked meal, prepared in the modern kitchen, housing all the appliances you could need for a break on the coast. Retire to the king-size bedroom, where you'll wake to splendid rural views along the valley. There is a family shower room with quality fixtures and fittings for enjoying a warm soak at the end of a tiring day. Outside has a small patio area where you can take a refreshing drink and watch the sun set, or dine alfresco and toast to a wonderful holiday. There's lot's to see and do nearby, including excellent walking right from the door. The spectacular sandy beach at Trebarwith Strand is a must see. Less than two miles away is the bustling seaside village of Tintagel, home to legendary King Arthur as well as plenty of traditional Cornish eateries if you don't fancy cooking. Discover the beautiful Tintagel Castle, boasting some of the most magnificent sea views imaginable. Nearby you can discover the magnificent woodland and waterfall of St Nectan's Glen, or don your walking boots and head for the South West Coast Path. The popular coastal towns and village of Boscastle, Crackington Haven, Bude and Polzeath are all nearby. Glenhaven offers a quiet retreat on this spectacular part of the Cornish Coast.
