This lovingly renovated, mid terrace Victorian holiday house is set over 3 floors. It has stunning views of Criccieth castle from the rear bedrooms and the beach from the bay windows at the front. Ty Ardwyn is just minutes away from the sea, the castle, galleries and a wide variety of individual shops, cafes and restaurants. The modern, well-equipped kitchen has an electric cooker, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and toaster. There is a breakfast table overlooking the courtyard. The sitting/dining room has a large bay window with a strategically placed easy chair to enjoy the view. There are comfortable sofas set around the wood burning stove, and there is a wall mounted TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime access. The dining table and chairs seat eight. There are four bedrooms. On the first floor there is a double room, a twin room with zip and link beds that can be made up as a king size by prior request, and a single room. There is a family bathroom with a bath with shower over, loo, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. There is also a separate loo, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. Both have an illuminated/de misting mirror and shaver point. Stairs from the landing on the second floor lead to the spacious top floor double ensuite bedroom with king size bed, TV and DVD player. The ensuite has a shower, loo, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. The sheltered rear private courtyard has a large table, chairs and parasol. There is a lockable storage shed for bicycles and boards etc. There is no allocated parking for Ty Ardwyn but free parking spaces can be found at both the top and bottom of the road. Criccieth is a lovely seaside town with many good places to eat, interesting individual shops and the famous Cadwalladers ice cream parlour. A short drive takes you to the Italianate village of Portmeirion, the Welsh Highland Railway, and the magnificent mountains in Snowdonia. Ty Ardwyn is the perfect house to relax and unwind with family and friends. The owners have provided many thoughtful touches to ensure you enjoy your holiday whatever the season. Please note that the stairs to access the top floor eaves bedroom are slightly narrower and steeper than the average staircase with a beam at the top.
