Here, you will also find the shared bathroom, which has plenty of natural light and features a good set of facilities including a separate shower cubicle and corner bath. At the back of the house, a small porch leads out into a large, fully enclosed wall garden, boasting its own wattle and daub hobbit house and even an air raid shelter, making this an amazing space that children will love playing and exploring in. Garden House is situated in a super location within easy travelling distance to local attractions including the beautiful Tudor house, Oxburgh Hall, as well as many historic towns and quaint country villages. Within 18 miles of the property is 3 enclosed dog friendly fields: Old Brick Kiln, Brandon dog field and Christmas Hill Lakenheath. For a little more adventure, head to Thetford Forest, just 9 miles away, and enjoy a range of activities including the treetop adventures at Go Ape, mountain biking and plenty of walking trails to explore. Lynford Hall is a must see, with a stunning natural lake, perfect for bird-watching much like the other surrounding RSPB reserves at Hockwold and Lakenheath. If you do decide to explore Lakenheath, be sure to check out the incredible RAF aircraft, offering plenty of plane watching fun for the whole family. Garden House is a beautiful home, perfect for a family looking to spend time exploring the rural and historic villages on the Norfolk/Suffolk border.
