Wroxham, at the very heart of Broadland, is an excellent location for fishing, sailing and bird watching. The River Bure divides Wroxham and Hoveton with the two villages commonly called Wroxham, one of the major boat hire centres of the Norfolk Broads. It is home to the Bure Valley Railway, Wroxham Barns and Roys, 'the biggest village store in the world'. Day boat hire and sailing tuition as well as a quality golf course are all also close by. It is also just seven miles from Norwich, with the sandy beaches of the East coast within a twenty minute drive.

This very attractively presented modern cottage is situated in a quiet backwater on the edge of the village. Its riverside location is ideal for fishing and relaxing, with the centre of the village just a five minute walk away. Shop/Pub: within easy walking distance

Decked area at rear of cottage with river frontage. Garden furniture and barbecue.

Extras: Towels are available to hire at £8 per person per week, payable on booking.
Notes: Care should be taken with small children close to the water's edge. There are steep paddle-type stairs to the second floor.
