This detached cottage, just north of Withernsea, on the East Yorkshire Coast if full of character, with its exposed beams and a mezzanine floor that is perfect for families and small groups. The ground floor consists of an open-plan kitchen, living and dining room which overlooks a mature garden. There is a large woodburning stove and TV, making the living space particularly cosy for spending a cosy evening with loved ones. The downstairs bathroom is equipped with bath, power shower, WC and basin. Upstairs there is a mezzanine lounge with second TV, games area and sofa bed which overlooks the ground floor of the property. The Stables has one large double bedroom and one twin bedroom each equipped with a large Velux window offering plenty of light. Outside of the property is a garden, consisting of a lawn area with two patios and a BBQ/pizza oven area that is ideal for family dining. There are two pubs in the village of Roos itself, and the seaside town of Withernsea has a large selection of microbrew puds and restaurants/takeaways. In the surrounding area of Holdernes, you will find both rural countryside and spectacular bird colonies that make perfect days out for families. There are also plenty of indoor activities in the area too, such as the lighthouse tours in Withernsea and world class museums in Hull itself which is just twenty five minutes away. Enjoy home cooked meals in The Stable's well equipped kitchen, or sample the delicious fish and chips that the Yorkshire coast is so rightly famous for.
