Notably, a local bus service operates nearby, plus there are two mainline railway stations located at Angmering and Littlehampton, both of which provide a regular service to London Victoria via Gatwick. Around half an hour away to the west by car or by bus is the historic town of Arundel with its spectacular castle and cathedral. A little further on from there is the historic city of Chichester and Goodwood - famous for the Goodwood Festival of Speed and Revival meetings, and regular horse racing events. Beach 175 yards. Shop ¾ mile, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
