Situated next to the Manor House - with the moat at the end of the garden - is this cosy little cottage. Sit and watch the ducks, feed the carp and rudd, await the visiting nuthatches, woodpeckers, the occasional kingfisher and admire the horses in the paddock beyond in this wonderfully tranquil setting. Historic Steyning with its one hundred and twenty five listed houses - many timber framed of Tudor and Stuart origin and its four pubs - is just over three miles and the coast at Shoreham-by-Sea is only 7.5 miles away. The Kitchen Area is very well-equipped providing a full size oven and hob, microwave and fridge. A clever fold-away dining table and chairs are stored to one side when not in use. There is a flat screen TV with Freeview and a DVD/CD player
En-suite Shower Room is beautifully finished with shower cubicle, heated towel rail, washbasin and w.c.

Garden:  Secluded and private - west facing to catch the afternoon and evening sun, leading down to the moat. Garden furniture and barbecue are provided.
Parking: Directly outside the cottage.
Heating: Electric heaters - exceptionally well insulated.
Also Provided: Laundry service available in the Manor House £5 charge per load
Notes: Sorry - no pets as far too much wildlife in the vicinity. No mini-breaks available at this property.
