There is also an enclosed area where you can let your pets off the lead and watch your dog’s enjoy themselves.

Lake view 1 (ref UK12063) and 2 (ref UK12062) offer lovely views across the lake, along with a private hot tub for optimum relaxation. The traditional seaside resort of Mablethorpe, with its sandy beaches and amusements, is just 3 miles away. A little further to the south are Sutton-on-Sea and Sandilands, which have lovely beaches for all the family to enjoy and where you can also hire a beach hut for the day if you wish. For family days out, Skegness, Butlin’s and Fantasy Island are all within half an hour’s drive. The market towns of Alford and Louth are within a 25-minute drive for those that like to browse market stalls, shops and cafés. Donna Nook, home to the seal breeding grounds, is always worth a visit from September to November with often well over a 1000 seal pups born there each year. There are good walks and cycle routes from the door and throughout the area. Beach 3½ miles. Shop ½ mile, pub and restaurant on-site.
