The Esplanade Gardens have a wonderful flower display for the Hunstanton annual "in Bloom" competition. This Victorian house has been tastefully converted into four spacious flats and Bay View is a holiday let on the ground floor, being suitable for those who are not ‘stair friendly’! It offers perfect quality accommodation for a family or couple with all holiday facilities within easy walking distance. Communal entrance hallway leading to private entrance. All on Ground Floor: Decor is modern, being light and airy with a seaside theme. With full gas central heating, all on one level; Hallway; Lounge/dining room with bay window and distant sea view to the side, Freesat TV/DVD. Kitchen with electric cooker and gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Bedroom one with a double bed. Bedroom two with three singles. Bathroom with bath (shower over) washbasin and WC. Garden: No garden, but there is a shared picnic table on the terrace at the front for sitting outdoors and watching the sunsets. Distant sea view from here. 5 minutes walk to town or beach. Parking: One private car parking space at the rear. Additional street parking in front of the apartment. No Pets but please note for allergy sufferers that the owner does bring their own dog. Refundable breakage deposit of £100 payable with the balance payment. £25 Booking fee.
