An end of terrace, farm cottage surrounded by countryside, Margaret's Cottage dates back to the 1900's, and is ideal for families looking for a peaceful, rural setting but still close to lots of amenities and family entertainment. Only six miles away are the beautiful sandy, blue flag beaches of Sea Palling and Waxham, and less than a mile is Potter Heigham, one of the main boating centres on the Norfolk Broads, and its cafes, chip shop, pub, ice cream parlour and newsagent.

This cottage style home is comfortable and cosy and has a wonderful outdoor space. With a choice of places to be in the garden, you can watch the sun set over the fields (you might even spot a deer or two!), relax with a cool drink in the barbecue area, sit in the wooden seat in the wild meadow or you can pick herbs from the kitchen garden. The ground floor has a well-equipped kitchen with sit up island, a homely sitting room with electric fire, Smart television and dining table and a family bathroom with bath and shower over, while the first floor has three bedrooms - two doubles and a single - and a shower room.

In a quiet, rural location but with great access to gorgeous beaches and with the Norfolk Broads only a stone's throw away, Margaret's Cottage is an ideal family base for discovering this area of Norfolk. With lovely walks and nature spotting - butterflies and birds galore! - on your doorstep, plus a range of family tourist attractions only minutes away, the children will be fully entertained all holiday!
