The local area is a walker s paradise with the nearby Tinto Hill, Culter Fell and Crosscryne, or pick and mix highlights along the picturesque Clyde Valley Tourist Route and the Falls of Clyde. Just a short drive from the Royal Burgh of Biggar with its friendly traditional pubs and eateries, fascinating museums and quirky independent retailers. The New Lanark World Heritage Site is also worth a visit, and the wonderful cities of Edinburgh and Glasgow are within touring distance. Venture through the garden to the rear door and enter this bespoke property into the open plan kitchen/diner. The kitchen area is well equipped including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave, there is also an ice making machine, enjoy the resulting meal around the dining table. Leading through to the lounge area with its fabulous wood burner and large glass doors with stunning views of the countryside, this is the perfect spot to relax after a long day exploring the area, catch up with your favourite programme or watch a film on the smart TV. When you re ready for a good night s rest, the cosy and comfortable bedroom boasts a king size wooden sleigh bed with Egyptian cotton sheets and an en suite shower room with WC. Head out on to the fabulous decking area, light the fire pit and soak up the nature. With no light pollution, the stars are amazing on a clear night, and during your stay you may get the opportunity to spot the regular wildlife including deer, squirrels, barn owls, rabbits and lots of garden birds. There is off road parking for two cars available next to the property and bike storage in the garden.
