Carlyon Bay has a fabulous coastline with some lovely walks, sheltered coves and traditional fishing villages. Attractions include the Eden Project, The Shipwreck Centre, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Poldark Mine, and Cardinham Woods. National Trust properties nearby include Lanhydrock House. This former customs house has been lovingly remodelled into a contemporary property but retains many original features, including exposed beams and a local granite façade. The accommodation is accessed via a set of external stairs and is set over two floors and offers TWO bedrooms: on the upper floor, 1 double (which can be made into a twin on request). On the lower floor, 1 double. Shower room: also on the lower floor with shower, WC and underfloor heating. Separate WC, on the lower floor. Lounge/ kitchen/ diner: open plan with Smart TV, DVD. Kitchen area, with electric oven and induction hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Amenities: courtyard parking for 1 car.
