A short drive from Aberystwyth, in the heart of Cardigan Bay, with the sea, river and vibrant town. The town is full of historic sites, museums, galleries, shops and restaurants, not forgetting the beach, marina, cliff railway and Wales only silver mine visitor attraction. Within easy reach you can enjoy dramatic waterfalls, take a trip on the steam train with the Vale of Rheidol Railway, explore the woods and countryside or try one of the many water sports on offer. (Please check admittance for the various attractions). The front door opens in to the spacious lounge/diner with a stone feature fireplace, open fire, TV, exposed beams and dining table. Through the door ahead is the kitchen which is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. The period Welsh dresser is full of crockery for everyone to enjoy a meal together. Through the kitchen and into the hall you will find the ground floor separate WC and the small double bedroom with a 4' queen size bed with TV and en suite wet room with shower and WC. Walk back through into the lounge/diner and turn left to the games room with piano, table football and a pool table. Upstairs on the first floor you can choose from a further five bedrooms, the lovely double bedroom with TV and en suite shower room and WC, the large family room with a king size bed and two additional single beds with TV and a spacious single bedroom. There is also a cosy double bedroom with TV and a further family bedroom with king size bed and additional single bed with a walk in wardrobe and an en suite shower room and WC. Enjoy a leisurely bath in the stylish bathroom with a shower over bath and WC. Whatever the weather there is lots of space to enjoy a meal together, play board games, watch a film on the TV, maybe light the open fire, or test your skills in the games room. Stepping outside, you can relax in the swim spa, read a book in the sun room or sit back in the enclosed garden with lawn area. There is also a covered gazebo, patio area with seating. Enjoy alfresco dining on the picnic benches or a morning coffee on the vista seating, unwind and embrace the fabulous uninterrupted countryside views from sunrise to sunset.
