This spacious detached dormer bungalow, newly constructed in 2018, sits idyllically alongside the river at Narberth Bridge. Narberth itself is a delightful market town with a plethora of independent shops, restaurants, pubs, museum and a gallery, and walks to Canaston Woods. It is a short drive to both Tenby and Saundersfoot, two excellent seaside resorts, boat trips and water sports are available during the holiday season. Well placed for visiting the many visitor attractions such as Oakwood Theme Park, Blue Lagoon Waterpark, Folly Farm and Heatherton. Historic castles at every turn, with Narberth Castle just at the top of the hill. All in all, an excellent base to enjoy all the sights and sounds of the UKs only Coastal National Park. Enter this impressive home into a central hall and through to a large open plan kitchen/diner. This well equipped space has an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is a light and airy sun room leading off from here, an ideal spot to read a book in peace during the afternoon. The final two bedrooms are both twin rooms, again with en suite shower rooms with WC s. Outside there are large grounds with patio area and lawns and plenty of patio furniture. There is a purpose built enclosed paddock, suitable to leave or exercise dogs. There is ample off road parking.
