Located at Selsey Golf and Country Club, this neat holiday chalet is very popular with couples as it offers a fantastic base from which to enjoy the many activities and attractions in the area, including walking, birdwatching (a nature reserve is close by), fishing, sailing, boat trips and horse riding. Within easy reach are the cathedral city of Chichester, Goodwood and Fontwell races, Arundel with its Wildfowl Trust and castle, the historic naval links at Portsmouth, and seaside entertainment at Bognor Regis, Worthing and Brighton.

14 Toledo is a purpose-built detached holiday home, with one double bedroom and a pull-out double sofa bed in the open plan living/dining room and can accommodate up to four people. Guests staying at this chalet have free Wi-Fi and Freeview TV, as well as a patio terrace with garden furniture. In addition, there is a good variety of seasonal facilities on-site, which include Selsey Golf Club with its 9-hole course, bar, open-air, heated swimming pool (with a paddling pool for the little ones), tennis and basketball courts, a children’s playground and access to the Cabana Club with a fully licensed bar, pool table, dance floor, disco lights and live bands occasionally to party the night away!

Selsey itself is a popular seaside town with several beaches, and the fishing industry has always been at the heart of the town. It is home to one of the few remaining fishing fleets on the south coast which provide fish and seafood to leading London restaurants. Selsey crab is widely accepted as some of the best in the world, a fact which the local restaurants and pubs are all keen to promote, so make sure you pay them a visit and give it a try.
