A lovely terraced cottage for a couple or those with two small children located in the moorland village of Tremar. It is just 3 miles from the water sport centre at Siblyback Lake, lovely walks at Golitha Falls and the little village of Minions, which has the most spectacular views from high on the moor. Centrally situated on the edge of the vast open spaces of Bodmin moor, midway between the north and south coasts, it is a great central location for exploring the whole of Cornwall.
The cottage has a cosy, modern living room/kitchen with a wood burner which can supply the heating, as well as electric heaters, and a small dining room overlooking the enclosed decked area at the front. It is a perfect hideaway cottage for summer holidays as well as wonderful weekend breaks throughout the entire year. The village has a pub and farm shop. Beach 12 miles. Shop and pub/restaurant 1 mile.
