Bathroom: With shower over bath, toilet and heated towel rail. . Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and logs for wood burner included. Welcome pack. Large enclosed patio area with garden furniture and barbecue. Enclosed grounds. Private parking for 4 cars. No smoking.. Tucked away at the end of a lane in the quiet hamlet of Tothill, The Old Rectory Cottage is a great place to simply relax and unwind in. Situated 7 miles east of the Georgian market town of Louth, and less than 10 miles to the coast and miles of unspoilt sandy beaches. There are great walks and cycle routes from the door with a pub just a miles walk away serving good food and drink as well as a local shop. Visit Louth with its many shops, restaurants and pubs or even browse the market held 3 days a week. For days out, head to the coast and the traditional resorts of Mablethorpe and Skegness to the east or head west towards the cathedral city of Lincoln, also famous for its castle and new Magna Carta Visitor Centre. Nearby Woodthorpe has an 18-hole golf course, driving range and coarse fishing, as well as a large garden centre with a restaurant. Beach 8 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
