Old Toads Barn is a detached, former farm building lovingly converted by the owners who live on site. Superbly appointed and with comfortable furnishings throughout, it is a great touring base or a lovely holiday home from which to escape the hustle and bustle of modern life. Just a short drive north of the traditional seaside resort of Mablethorpe and less than half an hour’s drive from the Georgian market town of Louth with its boutique shops, pubs and restaurants. There are good walks and cycle routes in the area with only a 30-minute walk cross country to Saltfleetby-Theddlethorpe Dunes National Nature Reserve. There is so much for everyone to see and do throughout the area. Beach 2¾ miles. Shop 3 miles, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
