No smoking. . This detached self-contained holiday lodge, close to the owner’s home, is situated in the most idyllic place on the grounds of Rushmore Estate, where King John’s House resides. This is a private 8000-acre estate and working arable farm, and as guests you are allowed to use the estate and grounds whenever you wish. There is also on-site golf, coarse fishing and riding stables. Set on the edge of Tollard Royal, which is a charming medieval village with a pub that dates back to 1300.

The lodge is perfect for a romantic break of just relaxing and taking in the beautiful scenery, or it can be an active break with all that this estate has to offer. There are also many more sights to see, including nearby Salisbury with its famous cathedral. Also worth a visit are Stonehenge and Avebury with their mystical stone circles.
