This converted barn is one of three cottages situted at the end of a quiet lane on the family's working sheep farm in the picturesque village of Kelston. Although only ten minutes from the centre of Bath and 20 minutes from Bristol it is set in beautiful countryside surrounded by rolling hills.
It is a cosy single storey property with a luxuriously large corner whirlpool bath, gas fired 'wood burning stove' and pretty wrought iron bed. The exposed brickwork and beams give this cottage a romantic country feel.
'The Old Crown Inn' , a traditional West country pub, is just a ten minute walk down to the village. Here you can enjoy a wide range of reasonably priced food and a good selection of beverages including local real ales and cider.
There are many fantastic walks from the cottages. These include a walk up to 'Kelston Round Hill' from where you can take in panoramic views over Bath and Bristol. For the more adventurous the Cotswold Way passes through the top of the farm allowing you to further explore this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty
Located in Bath, this cottage is in a rural area. No. 1 Royal Crescent and Bath Assembly Rooms are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Thermae Bath Spa and Recreation Ground.
