This semi-detached barn conversion is set next to a working beef rearing farm in a small hamlet. It has been decorated and furnished to a very good standard, and is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. It is an ideal base for exploring the many attractions of the beautiful South Hams. By prior arrangement with the owners guests can feed the three resident Alpacas!

The small and quiet hamlet of Hendham is approximately 5 miles from the market town of Kingsbridge. Also close by is the historic naval town of Dartmouth, the bohemian town of Totnes and the sailing centre of Salcombe. Enjoy some lovely countryside walks directly from the property or venture further afield and explore the many villages and varied beaches on the south coast.

There are a range of popular attractions within easy reach, including historic Plymouth with its Hoe, Barbican and aquarium, or visit the English Riviera which includes Torquay, Paignton and Brixham. The stunning landscape of Dartmoor is also worth a visit where you can stop and see the ponies or enjoy a walk on the Tors. Afterwards, stop and have a Devon cream tea in one of the many tea shops. In the evenings, enjoy a meal at one of the local family pubs. Beach 8½ miles. Shop 5 miles, pub 2 miles.
