There are blackcurrant bushes and damson trees from which guests may pick the fruit when ripe. To the rear there is a patio area stretching along the rear of the West Wing with two seating areas and a small garden area giving onto that of the owners. The village of Bodfari homes a quaint pub, which is less than 1 mile from the property via a public footpath where you can enjoy excellent food and tasty appetisers, there is also extensive outside seating and panoramic views of the Vale of Clwyd. The closest shop can be found within 3.8 miles of the property into the town of Denbigh. For days out, you can visit the impressive Clwydian Range, where you will find a selection of walks surrounded by a beautiful landscape and breath-taking scenery. These walks include the challenging Offa's Dyke National Trail and the 15-mile trail, North Berwyn Way. The property is only 1 hour from Snowdonia and Anglesey and from Liverpool in the opposite direction and 40 minutes from Chester and Llandudno.
