A short 15 minutes by car from the coast and only half an hours drive from both the popular resort of Llandudno and the historic boarder town of Chester. This cottage is perfectly placed to explore the Clwydian mountain range, visit the wide sandy beaches of the North coast or head into Snowdonia and discover the rest of action packed adventure playground that is North Wales.

This gorgeous, two bedroom, conversion is all on one level to fully appreciate the facilities view our 3D virtual tour of Swallows Nest here. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, a modern luxury feel and en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has twin single beds and lies opposite the bathroom (bath with shower over). The lovely living space is all open plan with lots of natural light, Facilities include dish washer, washing machine, a large TV, Bluetooth digital radio, high speed broadband (500 Mbps), beautiful Granite work tops a large range style cooker, Belfast sink, microwave, fridge freezer and garden furniture in the private garden area a few yards from the cottage. Bed linen and towels are provided, heating and electricity are included in the tariff. This is a no smoking property. Sorry no dogs allowed. The owners live on site and are discretely on hand if needed.

If you are considering working from holiday this would be a perfect place. There is fibre to the property giving speeds of 500Mbps and plenty of table sapce for laptops etc.
