This exceptional, detached country home is situated in an elevated position, on its own grounds, offering spacious and flexible accommodation for friends and families alike. It is located in a rural location, eight miles south of the vibrant city of Norwich. It has been extended to create modern open-plan rooms with a large kitchen, a dining and sitting room enjoying views to the front and back garden. The kitchen has brand new fittings and white units, with a large breakfast bar. Towards the front of the property there is a sitting room and entrance hall enjoying views out over the front garden. Nearby the property is Sandringham House, a country house, it was the private home of Queen Elizabeth II and her father George VI. The house stands in a 20,000-acre estate, offering a museum with displays of royal life, 400 acres of country park and gardens. Also nearby is Bewilderwood, an adventure park for families with treehouses, zip wires, jungle bridges, marsh walks and storytelling. There is something for the whole family here. It is also ideal for exploring both the Norfolk and Suffolk Coastline as well as being perfect for walkers and cyclists alike.
